Melissa Salmeron is a Vice President and Treasury Management Sales Officer with
Frost Bank; where she assists organizations through understanding their unique needs
and helping develop strategies to maximize their working capital. Melissa has earned
the Certified Treasury Professional designation and has more than fifteen years of
experience in the banking industry.

Prior to joining Frost, Melissa was a Treasury Sales Advisor at Capital One N.A. in the
New Orleans market and at Regions Bank in the Houston Market. Melissa brings her
knowledge and experience and has worked with clients across multiple industries
including: manufacturing and distributing, construction, healthcare and professional

Melissa earned her Bachelor of Science with dual majors of Marketing and
Management from the University of New Orleans. In addition to her involvement on the
Women’s Finance Exchange, Melissa is on the UT Health School of Nursing Advisory
Board. She is also a fellow with the Center for Houston’s Future, a collaborative
leadership program seeking to address some of the toughest problems in the Houston
MSA. Melissa enjoys spending her free time with her husband and two children and is
an avid reader and volunteer with her church.

Jordan Golson is a Senior Vice President and Manager of the Private Bank Healthcare
Team at Amegy Bank. Jordan received her Bachelor of Business Administration from Texas A&M University in College Station, Texas. Jordan began her career in the banking industry at Amegy Bank in 2011 and has experience working with physicians, physician practices, healthcare executives, and high net worth individuals. As a Private Banker, Jordan is responsible for supporting her clients in finding solutions that fit both their short-term and long-term goals.

Jordan maintains the Certified Healthcare Financial Professional designation, as well as the following licenses: General Securities Representative Examination(S7), Uniform Combined State Law Examination(S66) with LPL Financial, and the General Lines – Life, Accident, Health and HMO Insurance License through the Texas Department of Insurance.

Jordan and her husband, Tucker, live in Spring with their son, Jack. Jordan is on the Board of the Women’s Finance Exchange and is an active member of the community.

Amanda is an audit senior manager with Whitley Penn LLP in the firm’s office in
Houston. In her capacity as an audit senior manager, she has served clients in the
energy, construction, professional services, manufacturing and distribution, and ERISA

She has experience working with private equity portfolio companies and closely-held
businesses. She also has extensive public company audit and accounting experience.
Her work with both private and public companies has provided extensive and diverse
experience dealing with technical matters such as SOX 404, foreign currency matters,
stock-based compensation, international operations (including IFRS), new accounting
standard implementation and purchase accounting.

Amanda received a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Master of Science in
Accounting from the University of Houston. She serves on the Bauer College Alumni
Association Board of Directors and is a member of the American Institute of Certified
Public Accountants (AICPA), the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants
(TSCPA), and Young Professionals in Energy (YPE).

Jessica Monford is an audit partner in the Houston office of Moss Adams LLP. Jessica has practiced public accounting since 2005. She provides audit and consulting
services to public and private companies in the oil and gas upstream, oilfield service,
petrochemical, and manufacturing and distribution industries. Jessica has experience
with SEC disclosure and reporting requirements as well as SOX 404 internal controls
and reporting. She also assists private companies with significant transactions and
financial reporting. Jessica received a Bachelor of Business Administration in
Accounting and a Master of Science in Finance from Texas A&M University.

Jaquelyn Tullos is an Employee Benefits Advisor with Brady, Chapman, Holland and Associates. Jaquelyn has over 7 years of benefits experience and specializes in providing creative solutions for privately held middle market companies. A native of Pineville, Louisiana, Jaquelyn has resided in Houston since 2013 and now calls herself a proud Texan.

Jaquelyn received her Bachelor of Science in Health Education from Texas A&M University. Along with being a member of WFE, Jaquelyn is an active member of her church, Houston First Baptist, where she serves in multiple different ministries. She is also an ambassador for The Get Together where she is able to provide resources that impact multiple community non-profits. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, journaling, and playing with her dog Dusty while usually holding a cup of coffee (a habit she’s not yet ready to give up).

Carrie Gibson is a Director with Corporate Tax Incentives based in the Houston office.

As a Director in the Business Incentives Group, she helps companies in the construction, manufacturing, technology, architecture, engineering, and oil & gas industries take advantage of very complex yet lucrative areas of the tax code. Carrie has helped hundreds of CPAs nationwide, and has been instrumental in helping U.S. businesses identify over $100 million dollars in tax credits and incentives.

Carrie is a native Texan, and lives in the Heights with her husband and two children. Carrie is a graduate of University of Houston where she received a degree from the College of Technology in Consumer Science and Merchandising in 2006.

Kim is a Partner in the audit practice of Melton & Melton, L.L.P. She has 17 years of
audit experience with private companies in industries such as: construction, oil and gas,
and other professional services. With her focus on employee benefit plan audits, Kim is
a trusted business advisor to both publicly and privately held companies. This includes
advising clients on performance improvements and opportunities for increased
efficiencies. She also assists in developing the firm’s employee benefit plan training

Kim earned her BBA and MBA from Southwest Texas State University. She is a

Ellen is an Executive Recruiter with Horn Solutions, Inc., in Houston, Texas. She
focuses on Accounting and Finance placements within the energy, construction,
manufacturing, healthcare, and non-profit industries. Her clients range from family-
owned to Fortune 500 companies.

Before joining Horn Solutions, Ellen was an auditor with Deloitte for 3 years and then
moved to Moss Adams for 2 additional years. She is experienced with Upstream Oil and
Gas and Private Equity backed companies ranging in all sizes. Her experience as an
auditor not only helps her understand her client’s needs, but also helps them find the
right fit.

Ellen is a born and raised Houstonian and didn’t go too far away to receive a Bachelor
of Business Administration and a Master of Science in Finance from Texas A&amp;M
University. Additionally, she is a Certified Public Accountant. She is on the Events
Committee for Young Professionals in the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants
(TSCPA) and a member of Young Professionals in Energy (YPE). In her free time, you

Lilly is a Vice President and Middle Market banker with Trust Bank. She supports middle market companies and not-for-profits with lending, deposit, risk management, and employee benefit solutions. Prior to her role as a Middle Market Banker, Lilly served as an underwriter and portfolio manager. She supported the structuring and closing of working capital facilities, capital campaign financing, and commercial mortgages. Lilly began her career with BB&T in 2012 when she entered the BB&T Leadership Development Program. Although not a native Houstonian, Lilly considers Houston home and is an active member of the community. Her commitment to Houston is evident through her involvement in various organizations. Lilly serves as a Trustee for the Houston Ballet and as a board member for the Women’s Finance Exchange. Lilly is a graduate of the University of Georgia where she received a degree in Finance and International Business in 2012.

Katie Price is a tax senior manager with BDO USA LLP, a full-service global accounting firm. She is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the State of Texas. Katie works in the private client services group specializing in tax consulting and compliance for closely held business and high net worth individuals. She also has worked closely with the corporate tax group on ASC 740 issues. She has nine years of experience working on a variety of clients and industries including manufacturers, investors, closely held business and their owners, professional services companies, real estate, healthcare groups, and high net worth individuals. Ashley Casterlin is a brokerage associate with Davis Commercial Real Estate. She
specializes in tenant representation, and the sale of commercial buildings and land sites
across the Houston market. Ashley earned her BBA from Texas A&amp;M University. In
addition to her involvement with the Women’s Finance Exchange, she has served as a
board member for the Gulf Coast chapter of the Commercial Real Estate Network for

Assistant to the President

Carly Joutraw is a Forensic, Litigation & Valuation Services (FLVS) Associate with Whitley Penn LLP, where she engages in a variety of litigation matters involving patent infringement, theft of trade secrets, personal injury, and breach of contract. Carly is involved in matters dealing with the computation of economic damages, including the calculation of lost profits, reasonable royalties, disgorgement/unjust enrichment, lost earnings, and household services. Her experience spans a variety of industries including oil and gas, energy, transportation, consumer electronics, consumer products, and computer hardware and software, among others. Carly received her Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Texas State University.
