Amanda is an audit senior manager with Whitley Penn LLP in the firm’s office in
Houston. In her capacity as an audit senior manager, she has served clients in the
energy, construction, professional services, manufacturing and distribution, and ERISA
She has experience working with private equity portfolio companies and closely-held
businesses. She also has extensive public company audit and accounting experience.
Her work with both private and public companies has provided extensive and diverse
experience dealing with technical matters such as SOX 404, foreign currency matters,
stock-based compensation, international operations (including IFRS), new accounting
standard implementation and purchase accounting.
Amanda received a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Master of Science in
Accounting from the University of Houston. She serves on the Bauer College Alumni
Association Board of Directors and is a member of the American Institute of Certified
Public Accountants (AICPA), the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants
(TSCPA), and Young Professionals in Energy (YPE).

Melissa Salmeron is a Vice President and Treasury Management Sales Officer with
Frost Bank; where she assists organizations through understanding their unique needs
and helping develop strategies to maximize their working capital. Melissa has earned
the Certified Treasury Professional designation and has more than fifteen years of
experience in the banking industry.
Prior to joining Frost, Melissa was a Treasury Sales Advisor at Capital One N.A. in the
New Orleans market and at Regions Bank in the Houston Market. Melissa brings her
knowledge and experience and has worked with clients across multiple industries
including: manufacturing and distributing, construction, healthcare and professional

Jordan Golson is a Senior Vice President and Manager of the Private Bank Healthcare

Jessica has practiced public accounting since 2005. She provides audit and consulting
services to public and private companies in the oil and gas upstream, oilfield service,
petrochemical, and manufacturing and distribution industries. Jessica has experience
with SEC disclosure and reporting requirements as well as SOX 404 internal controls
and reporting. She also assists private companies with significant transactions and
financial reporting. Jessica received a Bachelor of Business Administration in

At Large – Programs Implementation
Jessica Morrison is a Vice President at Commerce Bank, where she is responsible for
sourcing, analyzing, and managing new loan opportunities, as well as managing her
loan portfolio out of the Houston office. Jessica started with Commerce in the Fall of
2019, and prior to that was with Bank of Texas for 7.5 years. She has significant lending
experience with middle market companies in the South Texas Region, and assisting
them with their depository, cash management, and working capital needs.
Jessica is a Houston native, and lives in Spring Branch with her husband and black lab,
Jack. Finally, she received a B.B.A. in Finance from the Hankamer School of Business
at Baylor University in Waco, Texas.

Jaquelyn Tullos is an Employee Benefits Advisor with Brady, Chapman, Holland and
Associates. Jaquelyn has over 7 years of benefits experience and specializes in
providing creative solutions for privately held middle market companies. A native of
Pineville, Louisiana, Jaquelyn has resided in Houston since 2013 and now calls herself
a proud Texan.
Jaquelyn received her Bachelor of Science in Health Education from Texas A&M
University. Along with being a member of WFE, Jaquelyn is an active member of her
church, Houston First Baptist, where she serves in multiple different ministries. She is
also an ambassador for The Get Together where she is able to provide resources that
impact multiple community non-profits. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, journaling,
and playing with her dog Dusty while usually holding a cup of coffee (a habit she's not
yet ready to give up).

Kim is a Partner in the audit practice of Melton & Melton, L.L.P. She has 17 years of
audit experience with private companies in industries such as: construction, oil and gas,
and other professional services. With her focus on employee benefit plan audits, Kim is
a trusted business advisor to both publicly and privately held companies. This includes
advising clients on performance improvements and opportunities for increased

Ellen is an Executive Recruiter with Horn Solutions, Inc., in Houston, Texas. She
focuses on Accounting and Finance placements within the energy, construction,
manufacturing, healthcare, and non-profit industries. Her clients range from family-
owned to Fortune 500 companies.
Before joining Horn Solutions, Ellen was an auditor with Deloitte for 3 years and then
moved to Moss Adams for 2 additional years. She is experienced with Upstream Oil and
Gas and Private Equity backed companies ranging in all sizes. Her experience as an
auditor not only helps her understand her client’s needs, but also helps them find the

Susan Mathews is Of Counsel in Baker Donelson's Houston Office and a member of the
Financial Services Practice Group. Susan clerked for The Honorable Robert B.
Maloney, United States District Judge for the Northern District of Texas (now retired)
and has been in private practice in Houston since 1987. She served on the Spring
Branch Independent School District Board of Trustees from 2004 to 2010, the Hedwig
Village Planning & Zoning Commission from 2010 to 2019, and was elected to Hedwig
Village City Council in 2019. Susan is also a board member of the Escape Family
Resource Center (a 501(c)(3) educational organization) (serves as legal counsel), the
Texas Federation of Republican Women (serves as legal affairs counsel), the Houston
Chapter of the Turnaround Management Association, and joined the WFE Board in
2018. She received her B.A. from The University of Texas (majoring in government) and
her J.D. from St. Mary’s University School of Law. Susan has three grown children,

Katie Price is a tax manager with BDO USA LLP, a full-service national accounting firm.
She is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the State of Texas. Katie works in the
private client services group specializing in tax consulting and compliance. She also has
worked closely with the corporate tax group on ASC 740 issues. She has eight years of
experience working on a variety of clients including manufacturers, investors, closely
held business and their owners, professional services companies, real estate and
healthcare groups, and high net worth individuals. Katie earned her Bachelor of

Ashley Casterlin is a brokerage associate with Davis Commercial Real Estate. She
specializes in tenant representation, and the sale of commercial buildings and land sites
across the Houston market. Ashley earned her BBA from Texas A&M University. In
addition to her involvement with the Women’s Finance Exchange, she has served as a
board member for the Gulf Coast chapter of the Commercial Real Estate Network for
the past 2 years.

Assistant to the President
Lilly is a Vice President and Middle Market banker with Trust Bank. She supports middle
market companies and not-for-profits with lending, deposit, risk management, and
employee benefit solutions. Prior to her role as a Middle Market Banker, Lilly served as
an underwriter and portfolio manager. She supported the structuring and closing of
working capital facilities, capital campaign financing, and commercial mortgages. Lilly
began her career with BB&T in 2012 when she entered the BB&T Leadership
Development Program. Although not a native Houstonian, Lilly considers Houston home
and is an active member of the community. Her commitment to Houston is evident
through her involvement in various organizations. Lilly serves as a Trustee for the
Houston Ballet and as a board member for the Women’s Finance Exchange. Lilly is a
graduate of the University of Georgia where she received a degree in Finance and
International Business in 2012.
